Meets 2023 NREMT Requirements

With real-time delivery in a live, online format Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) blends the qualities of Instructor-Led classroom training with the convenience of a virtual, online classroom. Training is achieved via an easy-to-use web application where our highly-qualified and experienced instructors provide real-time instruction and interaction. You can chat real-time with instructors or other classmates that are geographically dispersed from all over the world. It’s fairly common to be in a classroom with firefighters and EMTs deployed overseas and even over at the next fire station.

Continuing Education certificates upon completion of the course - apply your hours immediately! Multi-accredited continuing education means you can use each piece of content for your National, State, and advanced certifications (IBSC/BCEN) saving you time and money!

The NAEMT Virtual Refresher series is designed to provide EMS training officers and educators with concise courses that meet NREMT’s national recertification requirements in accordance with the National Continued Competency Program (NCCP). There are three refresher courses in the series: paramedic (30 hours), AEMT (25 hours), and EMT (20 hours).

Paramedics, AEMTs and EMTs in the United States may take the refresher course for their certification/licensure level.

All NAEMT continuing education courses are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Prehospital Continuing Education (CAPCE) and recognized by the National Registry of EMTs (NREMT).
